Easy cards

Here's a couple of easy cards that can be made in a short time.

The first one uses the Artfully Asian stamp set, which has been coloured in using the watercolour wonder crayons and a blender pen.

The second one uses the Petal Prints set for the flower, the Weathered background stamp for the side panel, and Sincere Salutations for the sentiment.

All supplies are by Stampin' Up! and are available from me.

SA Stamping and Scrapbooking Fair

I will be working at the Stampin' Up! stall at the fair, so come along and say hi. Mention you read my blog and I'll give you a little gift! Anyway, here are the details:

Changes to class timetable

I've changed a couple of dates in the class timetable I put in my January Newsletter:
  1. Due to the forecast temperature of 41 degrees for this Thursday, I've moved the Technique Tutorial class to the following Thursday, Feb 5.
  2. The Stamp, Scrap & Chat (ie the old scrapbooking workshops I used to have) scheduled for Feb 22 will now be on Sunday Feb 15, 1 - 5 pm. The venue will depend on the forecast temperature for the day.

Summer Mini Catalogue Cards

Here are some cards I've made recently using stamp sets from the Summer Mini catalogue, which finishes on March 31.

The first one uses the Ocean Commotion stamp set and So Swirly wheel (from the main catalogue).
The second one uses the flower stamp from Eastern Blooms and the sentiment from In the Stars.
The third one uses Eastern Blooms - it looks nice either as a vertical or horizontal card.

Here is the sophisticated lighting set up I used to photograph these cards. Yes the card is on a pillow protector on a chair under the back veranda of the house I'm renting.

If you wish to purchase any of the supplies from me, please let me know.
