Butterfly Basics White Embossed and Coloured on Black

This is another project made at our monthly get-together of my fellow Stampin Up Demonstrators.

The images from the Butterfly Basics stamp set were stamped onto Basic Black cardstock with VersaMark ink, then embossed with White Embossing Powder. They were then coloured with Calypso Coral and Old Olive Blendibilities markers. The butterfly was stamped onto Whisper White cardstock with Calypso Coral ink and cut out with the matching shape from the Butterflies Thinlits Dies. The greeting was stamped onto Whisper White cardstock using Memento Black ink.

The main panel was matted onto Whisper White, then Calypso Coral cardstock and onto a Basic Black card base.

Here are the supplies used for this project. Please note that at the time of writing, the Blendabilities markers are unavailable while a manufacturing problem is being dealt with.

Gorgeous Chalkboard Butterfly Thinlit Die on Floral Frames card

At our monthly get-together of Stampin Up Demonstrators we made this card using my favourite Butterfly Thinlit die on a card made using the Floral Frames collection of Framelits.

The butterfly is cut out of the new chalkboard paper, and is coloured with the new chalk inks.

Here is a close up view:

And here are the supplies used (except for the background stamp, which is retired):

Use Stampin' Up's Curvy Keepsake Box Die to make this cute Easter Bunny!

I've finally got the Curvy Keepsake Box Thinlit Die from Stampin Up, after seeing tons of ideas all over the internet.

Here's my version of a cute Easter Bunny.

These are great for little gifts - you can put a small Easter egg inside. I'm making some for the upcoming SA Papercraft Fair, so if you're in the area, come by and say hello!
